Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Time
Standard delivery time is typically 3-7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Remote or non-serviceable locations may experience slightly longer delivery timelines.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available on prepaid orders above a certain value (if applicable, based on current offers).
For orders below the free shipping threshold or COD orders, a standard shipping fee may apply. Exact charges will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
You can track your order status in real time through the tracking link provided.
Delays in Delivery
Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

Public holidays or strikes
High demand periods
Courier partner delays
In such cases, we will keep you informed via email or phone.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping details (name, address, contact number) are entered correctly. MissBliss will not be responsible for delays or losses caused due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Non-Delivery & Reattempt
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may make up to two re-attempts before returning the package.
If the order is returned to us due to non-availability or refusal at the delivery address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
