Replacement-Only Policy

MissBliss follows a 5-day replacement-only policy. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. We offer replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, provided the conditions below are met.

Eligibility Criteria for Replacement

A replacement will be issued only if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • The issue is reported within 5 days of delivery.

  • A clear unboxing video is provided, starting from the opening of the sealed package.

  • The product is unused, in original condition, and returned with its original packaging and tags.

Non-Eligible Scenarios

Replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

  • No unboxing video is submitted.

  • The product has been used or tampered with.

  • The return request is made after 5 days of delivery.

  • Minor differences in fragrance, packaging, or color due to lighting, screen display, or manufacturing variations.

Replacement Process

To request a replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@missblissperfumes.com with the following details:

    • Order ID

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear unboxing video and images showing the defect

  2. Our customer care team will review your request within 2-3 business days.

  3. If approved, a replacement order will be initiated, and pickup (if required) will be arranged.

Shipping Charges

  • If the error is on the part of MissBliss (e.g., wrong item or damaged product), all return and replacement shipping costs will be covered by us.

  • If the issue is not due to an error from MissBliss, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
